Edward A. Troutman, Jr., 75, of Byers Drive Quarryville, PA and formerly of Columbia, PA went to be with his Lord on Sunday, August 28, 2016 at Hershey Medical Center. He and his wife Merleen Morrison Troutman would have celebrated 48 years of marriage on September 9, 2016. He was born in Columbia, PA a son of the late Edward A. Sr. and Dorothy Hilliar Troutman. Mr. Troutman was retired as a type setter from Donnelly Printing Company after 37 years of service. A veteran, he served during the Vietnam Era in the US Army, attaining the rank of Corporal. Surviving beside his wife Merleen are 3 sons, Matthew E. (Szilvia) Troutman of Quarryville, Mark E. Troutman of Quarryville, Adam W. (Christine) Troutman of TN; 3 grandchildren, Joel, Rebecca, Westley; 2 brothers, John F. Troutman of York, David A. (Darlene) Troutman of Columbia; a sister in law Donna Troutman of Columbia.
He was preceded in death by a sister Eileen M. Rupp, and 2 brothers, Robert D. Troutman and Larry S. Troutman. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Traditional interment will be held in Quarryville Cemetery with Military Honors accorded by the Red Rose Honor Guard.
