William Thomas Bines, Jr. of Perryville died Monday, May 9, 2016, in Franklin Square Hospital Center Seasons Hospice of Rosedale. He was 83. Born April 2, 1933 in Perryville, he was the son of the late William Thomas, Sr. and Ethel D. Baker Bines. Mr. Bines was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from Amtrak Railroad following 40 years of service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and crabbing. He is survived by his son, Todd J. Bines of Perryville; daughter-in-law, Janet L. Bines of Perryville; granddaughter, Erin L. McMaster and husband, Michael, of Bel Air; grandsons, Brian T. Bines and wife, Kayla, of Port Deposit, and Willis P. Bines of Perryville; and great grandchildren, Zachary and Taylor Bines and Emma McMaster. .
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Iva Waneta Rineholt Bines; son, William T. Bines, III; and several brothers and sisters. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, May 13, 1 p.m., at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville. Visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, May 13, 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., at the funeral home prior to the service. Pastor Michael A. Caldwell of Asbury United Methodist Church of Port Deposit will officiate. Burial will be in Asbury Cemetery, Port Deposit. Comments are closed.
