Richard E. “Dick” Van Dyke, 67, of Albright, WV, and formerly of Rising Sun, MD, died Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV surrounded by his loving family. He was born June 25, 1948 in Rising Sun, MD, a son of Kenneth D. and Doris Keys Van Dyke of Rising Sun, MD. Dick loved spending time with his kids, grandkids, great grandkids, and his dog, Milo. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Sharon Lawson Van Dyke; two sons, Richard E. Van Dyke Jr. and spouse Virginia of Albright, WV, and Scott Van Dyke and spouse Sherri of Cave City, KY; three sisters, Sherb Van Dyke, Linda Holbrook and spouse Bobby, and Patty Moore and spouse Chuck, all of Rising Sun; four brothers, Jake Van Dyke and spouse Joan, John Van Dyke and spouse Lynn, Jim Van Dyke and spouse Janet, and Jerry Van Dyke and spouse Debbi, all of Rising Sun; grandchildren, Jessie Campbell and spouse Jeff, Justin Van Dyke, Greg Van Dyke, Jodi Van Dyke, and Eli Van Dyke; and great grandchildren, Landen Campbell and Logan Campbell.
