Margaret “Peggy” Baker Robichaud, of Bel Air, MD, formerly of Port Deposit, died Thursday, January 8, 2015 in Brightview Assisted Living of Bel Air. She was 90. Born August 9, 1924 in Port Deposit, she was the daughter of the late John and Marie Lamm Baker. Mrs. Robichaud was a member of Tome Memorial United Methodist Church and a graduate of the former Jacob Tome Institute, both of Port Deposit. She was formerly employed as a clerk by the former Bainbridge Naval Training Center of Port Deposit, employed as a clerk by Aberdeen Proving Ground of Aberdeen, and employed as a secretary by the former Wiley Manufacturing Company of Port Deposit.
Mrs. Robichaud is survived by her daughter, Patricia Robichaud Morgan and husband, Carl; son, John M. Robichaud and wife, Vivian; grandchildren, James and Jennifer Robichaud, Kristin Morgan, Kevin Morgan, and Andrea Sheigerwald; and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar “Pat” G. Robichaud. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, January 12, 2015, 11 a.m., at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville. Visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, January 12, 2015, 10-11 a.m., at the funeral home prior to the funeral service. Pastor Michael A. Caldwell of Tome Memorial United Methodist Church of Port Deposit will officiate and will be assisted by Deacon Patrick Goles of St. Margaret’s Catholic Church of Bel Air.
