Gregory Todd Halsey, II, age 30 of Perryville, MD, sadly his life ended due to a tragic motorcycle accident on October 11, 2017. He was born in Havre de Grace, MD on January 31, 1987, the son of Greg and Carol Halsey. The bond this family shared was unbreakable. Hayley Holden and his daughters: Evelyn Rose and Charlie Mae were the loves of his life. Gregory had a passion for making people smile and letting everyone know that they were important to him. He was a free spirit that lived for the moment. He was a family man, loved watching his girls grow, who also enjoyed fishing and going to the gun range in his free time. His smile could light up the room. Gregory was the definition of perfection. Everything about him was infectious, whether it was his presence or his smile. His life will continue to live on through his family and his two beautiful daughters. He was a member of Charlestown Fire Dept. Gregory is also survived by his grandfather: Arthur Walls; grandmother: Sandra Weaver; uncle: Sonny and his wife Anita Halsey; and aunt: Dawn Weaver Chadwick; along with many cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather: Gary Weaver; grandmother: Linda Walls; paternal grandparents: James B. Halsey, Sr. and Edna Mae Halsey; and two aunts: Mary (Beth) Weaver and Carolyn (Sue) Lovelace. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, October 16, 2017 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Bay View Cemetery, North East, MD. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to an education fund for Gregory’s beautiful daughters, Evelyn and Charlie.
