Dorothy Eva (Hanway) Loller of Elkton died Tuesday, October 6, 2015 in the Elkton Transitional Care Center. She was 88. Born in Chester County, Pa., on January 19, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Donald Earl and the late Eva Hannah (Moore) Hanway. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Loller worked as a file clerk for City Pharmacy, Elkton. She enjoyed sewing and attending church. She also enjoyed going to the family’s hunting camp in Potter County, Pa.
She is survived by a daughter, Denise Robin Distefano of Elkton; a brother, Donald Hanway of Unionville, Pa.; five grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Loller was preceded in death by her husband, Alan D. Loller; and a daughter, Kathee Hallock. A graveside service will be held Monday, October 12, at 11 a.m. at Longwood Cemetery, 945 East Baltimore Pike, Kennett Square, PA. Comments are closed.
