Doretta Stenti of North East died Sunday, April 5, 2015. She was 87. She was the daughter of the late William and Mary Bouchelle. Mrs. Stenti was a homemaker that loved watching all forms of wildlife from her front porch. She had a particular love for all kinds of cats. Some of her favorite memories were of helping her father milk cows on the family farm. She was a true country girl. She is survived by her son, Dominick Stenti, Jr.; daughter and son-in-law, Marie and Paul Snyder; grandson, Joseph Stenti; granddaughter: Anna Stenti; great grandsons, Bryon and Alex Stenti; special daughter-in-law, Connie Riddle; special niece, Arlene Benjamin; brothers, Roger and Alton Bouchelle; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Dominick Stenti; brothers: William, Gifford and John Bouchelle; sister: Ada Edwards: and daughter: Rose Parker. The family would like to thank Betty and the staff of Caraway Manor II for their compassion and care while she resided there. Burial will be in the North East Methodist Cemetery in a private ceremony, officiated by Pastor James Moyers. Memorial contributions may be made to Paws for Life, Inc., P.O.
