Caroline Augusta Mullins of Elkton died Friday, December 18, 2015 in Elkton Transitional Care Center. She was 75. Born May 17, 1940 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Charles Augustus and Caroline Virginia Collars. Mrs. Mullins was a member of Leeds United Methodist Church of Elkton. She is survived by her sons, Kevin M. Mullins, Sr., of Port Deposit, Walter P. Mullins of Westminster; daughter, Carole L. Morris of New Market; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brothers, Jay Collars of Beaufort, S.C., Roy Collars of Mississippi, Frank Collars of Easley, S.C.; and sister, Betty Bushong of New Port Ritchie, Fla.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mullins was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Ruby Mullins, Jr.; son, Douglas W. Bawgus; and sister, Elma Rice. Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, December 23, 2015, noon, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville. Visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday, December 23, 10 a.m. until noon, at the funeral home prior to the funeral service. Pastor Justin Baldwin of Leeds United Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Holly Hill Memorial Gardens, Middle River.
