Margery “Ann” Horn Simmons, 61 of Rising Sun, MD went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 1, 2016. Ann was born in Oxford, PA, on May 27, 1955. She was the daughter of Margery (Hill) Horn of Rising Sun, MD and the late Arnold Edward Horn. Ann was the beloved wife of John T. Simmons of Rising Sun, for 35 years. A lifelong resident of Rising Sun, Ann graduated from Rising Sun High School in 1973. She worked at Christiana Hospital for 27 years. Richard Allan “Mansie” Isaacs, 85 of Perryville, MD, formerly of North East, died Friday, December 2, 2016.
A lifelong resident of Cecil County, he was born in North East on January 30, 1931, the son of the late Lewis Isaacs, Sr. and the late Eva Lockard Isaac. Mr. Isaacs served his country proudly in the U.S. Army, Military Police during the Korean Conflict, stationed in Panama. He retired from Perry Point VA Medical Center where he worked in the Maintenance Department. He enjoyed riding his Harley, horseback riding, antique cars, fishing, hunting and visiting the North East Town Park. Most of all he loved spending time with his family whom he loved very dearly. His faithful dog, Johnny Cash was always by his side. William John Hodgson, 46 of Elkton, MD, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016.
He was born in Jersey City, NJ, on October 17, 1970 and worked in construction. Survivors include his father: John D. Hodgson (Sally); six siblings: John Orangio, Gary Orangio, Kim Fisher, John W. Hodgson, Michael Hodgson and Matthew Hodgson; a stepbrother: Steven Hodgson; and several nieces and nephews. Richard Forrest Fuller, 63 of Newark, DE, died Tuesday, November 29, 2016.
Born in Oak Hill, WV, on March 6, 1953, he was the son of the late General Park and Mabel Pauline (Beaver) Fuller. Richard served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He was a self-employed painter. |
