The old jail on Elkton's North Street is now home sweet home to senior citizens.
People have begun moving into North Street Senior Residences.
The project, developed by Habitat America is open to those ages 62 and older. Income limits apply.
The complex features one and two bedroom units.
There are elevators, a resident activity center, a computer lab, controlled access security, onsite laundry, social events, and it is a smoke free environment.
There are also handicapped accessible apartments available.
