Ashley Long is gone but not forgotten.
Long, 27, died in July, another of Cecil's victims of overdose.
Long, whose mother, Ann, has been a member of and supported Voices of Hope, and others from the group will remember Ashley and others at an upcoming vigil.
Voices of Hope for Cecil County will host the fourth annual Overdose Memorial Vigil on Thursday, August 31 from 6 p.m. until dusk at the North East Community Park's Lighthouse Pavilion.
