After two decades of being closed to traffic, Razor Strap Road bridge will be replaced.
According to Chief of Engineering and Construction, Phil Muzik from Cecil's Department of Public Works, this project has long been in the planning stages.
"The design was started 12 or 13 years ago. Now we have major subdivisions in that area," said Muzik. The contract for that work is expected to be awarded in early summer of 2017.
