The developer who brought Amazon to Cecil County has now set its sights on bringing an industrial building to the former Nazarene Camp property in North East.
Back in early 2017, developer Trammell Crow was a key player in the deal which brought the 1.1 million square foot Amazon building to Principio Parkway. The developer now has a new Fast Track project, a 716,490 square foot building at the former camp. The building, for which no owner has been designated, will be built on spec. If the plan comes to fruition, the building will be on the 60 acre former campground and will be a cross-dock facility. There will also be three pad sites for retail uses since the area is zoned highway commercial.
