A three-year-old girl was slightly injured when a car collided with a minivan on Buck Rd. (Rt. 372) west of Hollow Rd., East Drumore Township, at 11:10 a.m. on August 23, Trooper George Lockhart reported.
According to the trooper, Zachary R. Fox, 24, of New Holland, was driving a Lexus east when the car hydroplaned on puddle in the road.
The car crossed the center lane and collided with a westbound minivan driven by Amber M. Nichols, 35, of Holtwood.
The impact sent the minivan off the road, where it hit a fence.
The three-year-old was riding in the minivan. She was not taken to a hospital. A four-year-old boy in the minivan was not hurt.
Fox and Nichols were both cited for driving while their licenses were either suspended or revoked, the trooper said.

EAST DRUMORE TOWNSHIP
DISORDERLY - Three 14-year-old boys were charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly throwing eggs at the house at 987 Buck Rd. and at a pickup parked in the driveway. Responding police found the boys near the house and holding a carton of eggs, Trooper Chad Dohner reported.
COLLISION - There were no injuries in a one-vehicle collision on Lancaster Pike (Rt. 272) at 11:40 a.m. on August 14, Trooper Kurt Yannelli reported.
According to the trooper, Alejandro Magana-Zavala, 31, of New Providence, was driving north when his Jeep ran off the road and hit a curb. Magana-Zavala tried to drive off but his vehicle became disabled and stopped on the northbound lane.
Magana-Zavala was charged with driving under the influence and other offenses, the trooper said.
RAPE - Richard Schaffer, 43, of Linwood, has been charged with repeatedly sexually molesting and raping a girl at a Summit Hill Rd. residence between 2009 and 2019, Trooper Cory Waldrop reported.
Schaffer was arraigned on numerous charges, denied bail, and committed to Lancaster County Prison.
DUI - Deirdre Dow, 44, of Quarryville, was charged with driving under the influence after state police encountered her on Lancaster Pike North (Rt. 272) at Herrville Rd. at 3:51 a.m. on July 25, Trooper Alexander Barry reported. Police had been sent to the area to check on the welfare of a motorist, the trooper said.
STRANGULATION - Michael Garvin, 44, of New Providence, has been charged with assaulting and trying to strangle a woman during a domestic incident on Lancaster Pike (Rt. 272) on August 13, Trooper George Lockhart reported.
According to the trooper, the assault occurred at 555 Lancaster Pike, Providence Township; during the early morning hours.
At 11 p.m. that day, when police went to the Lancaster Pike address, Garvin set his bed on fire. Police extinguished the fire and took Garvin into custody.
TRESPASS - Heather Findley-Morrison, 27, of Quarryville, was charged with defiant trespass at 497 Cinder Rd. at 6 p.m. on August 12, Trooper Michael Artale reported.
COLLISION - Police are looking for the driver whose vehicle ran off Pennsy Rd. at 9 p.m. on August 21 and hit a metal milk can full of stones and a post holding three mailboxes, Trooper Chad Dohner reported.
