Jack E. Fisher, 88, of Mine Road Paradise, PA died Sunday, November 11, 2018 at his residence. He was the husband of Ann M. Lefever Fisher. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Percy W. and Francis Elizabeth Lefever Fisher. Jack had been employed as a truck driver, driving for Graham’s Moving & Transfer Company, Esbenshade’s Turkey Farm and for High Steel Structures from which he retired. His CB handle was “Gentle Jack”. Following his retirement, he provided transportation to the Amish Community. Jack enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, NASCAR racing and most of all, his family. Surviving beside his wife Ann are 4 children, Deborah Jonelle (Terry) Harnish of Lancaster, Jacqueline Suzanne (Daniel) Kramer of Strasburg, Alan Eugene (Paula Hetrick) Oswald of Georgetown, Connie Elizabeth (George E.) Stevenson of Lancaster; grandchildren Chad (Anne) Harnish of Strasburg, Dustin (Melinda) Harnish of Strasburg, Kent (Missy) Sensenig of Terre Hill, Jack Kramer of Strasburg, Andrea Kramer Ihnat, Strasburg, Brandon Oswald of Georgetown, Justine (Matthew) Frymyer of Lancaster, Jeffrey Stevenson of Lancaster; great grandchildren, Toby, Arik, Tonna Harnish, Adam, Georgia Harnish, Isabelle, Hudson, Dane Ihnat, Deagan and Alexis Frymyer; 1 brother David A. Fisher of Paradise; and a sister Doris Burk and her companion Fred Hackman. Jack was preceded in death by his first wife Gloria Adams Fisher, a daughter Brenda Fisher Sensenig, a grandson Kirk W. Sensenig, a great granddaughter Asiah M. Ihnat; a sister Betty Mae Kreider, and 2 brothers Richard L. Fisher and Robert L. Fisher.
Funeral Services will be held from Highview Church of God, 2470 Leaman Road, Ronks, PA on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 2:00PM. Viewings will be held at Reynolds Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., 144 East State Street, Quarryville,PA on Friday from 6:00PM-8:00PM and again on Saturday at the church from 1:00PM until the time of service.
