Stanley Stauffer, Sr. and Sara (Southern) Stauffer. Libby was a graduate of Solanco High School, class of 1954. After high school, she found employment performing clerical duties, first with Commonwealth Telephone for over 20 years, and then for Lancaster General Hospital in the business office, where she worked until retirement. Except for a few years as a child, Libby was a life-long member of Chestnut Level Presbyterian Church. In her spare time, Libby enjoyed traveling and making various kinds of crafts, most notably Christmas tree ornaments for family members. She made it a priority to take an interest in her grandchildren, regularly traveling around the country to attend their sporting events and recitals. Libby is survived by her sons, William R. Miller, Jr. and wife Anna, of Venice, FL, Jeffrey A. Miller and wife Emilita, of Quarryville, and Rev. Mitchell L. Miller and wife Leigh, of Edmond, OK; grandchildren, Ryan, Connor, and Bradley, all of Venice, FL, Isabelle, of Quarryville, and Nathan and Emma, of Edmond, OK; and a sister, Frances (Stauffer) Reyburn and husband Samuel, of Russelville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Miller, Sr., and a brother, J. Stanley Stauffer, Jr.
