Abner L. Stoltzfus, age 74, of 1319 Tanning Yard Hollow Road, Peach Bottom, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2017. He was the husband of Sarah B. King Stoltzfus. He was born in Bird-In-Hand, PA, son of Susie Lapp Stoltzfus of Bird-In- Hand and the late Samuel J. Stoltzfus. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. Surviving beside his wife are 7 children: David K. husband of Fannie Glick Stoltzfus of Peach Bottom, Samuel J. husband of Sadie King Stoltzfus of Earleville, MD, Jonas K. husband of Sylvia Glick Stoltzfus of Peach Bottom, Malinda K. wife of Samuel G. Miller of Strasburg, Anna K. wife of Amos S. Kauffman of Christiana, Abner L. husband of Rebecca Kauffman Stoltzfus, Daniel J. husband of Fannie Glick Stoltzfus both of Peach Bottom, 53 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 8 siblings: Hannah L. Stoltzfus of Bird-In-Hand, Amos N. husband of Sarah Stoltzfus Stoltzfus of Nottingham, Annie L. wife of Jonas Beiler Montour County, Malinda L. Stoltzfus of Bird-In-Hand, Joel L. husband of Rachel Stoltzfus Stoltzfus of Kirkwood, Jacob M. husband of Sadie King Stoltzfus of Kentucky, Samuel J., Jr., husband of Mary Kauffman Stoltzfus of Bird-In-Hand, Elizabeth L. wife of Aaron R. Lapp of Kirkwood. He was preceded in death by 3 grandchildren.
Funeral service took place from Abner's late home, 1319 Tanning Yard Hollow Road, Peach Bottom, PA on Thursday, March 30th at 12 Noon EST, with interment in the Wakefield Amish Cemetery.
