A long term commitment can save you $20.
The five units comprising Cecil's Boys & Girls Club family have a fee hike in time for the new school year.
Now, those ages 6-18 will pay $35 per semester for a total of $70 for the school year - September through early June. Those who plan to enroll in the club after school program for the entire school year can pay $50 up front.
The clubs will open September 2. This year, a new unit has been added meaning there will be two units in North East - one on each side of Route 40. Boys & Girls Club is open to any Cecil County youth ages 6-18.
The mission of the clubs is "To enable all young people, especially those who need us most to reach their full potential to be productive, caring, and responsible citizens."
The clubs focus on five program areas: character and leadership development, education and career development, health and life skills, the arts, and sports, fitness, and recreation.
