Perryville volleyball coach Matt Borrelli compared his program to the Buffalo Bills referring to the fact that the NFL team played in four straight Super Bowls without winning one.

Franks completed the course in 16:26, 42 seconds ahead of second place Levi Cameron of Northern (Garrett). Don Passenant is the new Rising Sun boys basketball coach.
He replaces Matt Haack, who coached the Tigers for three seasons before accepting a teaching position in his home state of Michigan. Bohemia Manor junior Ty Franks won his third straight 1A title Saturday at the state cross country meet at Hereford.
It was the 11th state title for Franks, the most of any county athlete. The Eagles finished a distant second in the team competition behind Southern (Garrett). The Bohemia Manor girls also finished second in the team standings. Complete results and photos will be posted Sunday. |
