Norma Jean Olson, of North East, died Sunday, December 29, 2013. She was 67. Mrs. Olson was born in Bradenton, Florida, on October 12, 1946, daughter of the late Charles Lafe and the late Virginia Mary Gambuzza Walters. She enjoyed attending Maranatha Baptist Church. She loved riding and caring for horses, enjoyed her cat and cooking.
Mrs. Olson is survived by her sister, Mary Rosborough, of Belden, MS; her best friends, Brenda and Ralph Day, of Rising Sun; two nieces, Kristin Cockrell, of Belden and Kelly Rosborough, of Orlando, FL; a nephew, Michael Rosborough, of Redwood Valley, CA; and three great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Nelson Olson; and two sons, Eugene and Clinton Olson. Graveside services will be conducted by Rev. Dr. Allen P. Dickerson on Thursday, January 2, 2014 at 3 p.m. at North East Methodist Cemetery, 101 Cemetary Road, North East. Arrangement are being handled by Crouch Funeral Home. Comments are closed.
