Martha Marie Emond of Elkton died Monday, May 20, 2013 at home. She was 74. Born in Silicia on January 19, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Horace and Eleanor (Collins) Dennison. She was a teacher's aide, employed by Cecil County Public Schools. Mrs. Edmond enjoyed her grandchildren, bingo, crafts, and painting.
She is survived by her children, Lisa McCraw and her companion Maurice of North East, Danny Abbott and wife Sandra of Goodlettsville, Tenn., Keith Abbott and wife Janet of Elkton, Kevin Abbott and wife of Canberra, Australia; a brother: Royce Dennison of Mount Dora, Fla.; and her grandchildren, Timmy, Lynnsay, Michael, Kurt, Taylor, Daniel, Zach, and Lauren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rolland Emond. A memorial service, conducted by Father John Solomon, was held Thursday, May 23, 2013 from Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East. Comments are closed.
