Martha Gray Juba of Deland, Fla., formerly of North East, died at home on April 22, 2014. She was 66. Born March 31, 1948 in Rich Valley, Va., she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Minnie Bise. As a Registered Nurse, Mrs. Juba was formerly employed by the V.A. Maryland Health Care System of Perry Point, and was retired from the Delaware State Hospital of Wilmington, Del. She enjoyed traveling, knitting, cross stitching, and gardening. She is survived by her twin sister, Margaret Robinson, and her husband, William, of Deland, Fla.; brothers, John R. Bise and Thomas W. Bise, both of Marion, Va.; step-daughter, Barbara Robichaud of Fort Myers, Fla.; stepson, Allen Juba of Port Deposit; four step grandchildren; two great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Steven Juba; sisters, Dorothy Doyle and Shirley Umbarger; and brother, Travis Bise. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, May 2, 2014, 1 p.m., at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville. Visitation will be held Friday, May 2, 2014, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the funeral home prior to the funeral service. Pastor Michael A. Caldwell of Asbury United Methodist Church, Port Deposit, will officiate. Burial will be in Harford Memorial Gardens, Aberdeen. Comments are closed.
