Julia Champagne of Elkton died June 8, 2014. She was 18. Miss Champagne enjoyed spending time with her sister, laughing, joking, and being silly. She also enjoyed video games, her Kindle tablet, phone, and hanging out with friends. She also enjoyed listening to music and drawing and was known for her creativity. Miss Champagne is survived by her mother, Lisa Kinkead (Champagne Letellier), father Stephen Kinkead of Elkton, sisters Holly Champagne, stepsister Season Lee (Kinkead) and her husband, Leighton, of Clarksville, Tenn., father Terry Champagne of North Cobalt, Ontario, uncle Norman Letellier and aunt Kim Letellier of London, Ontario, Tante Carmen Landry, cousins Eric and Chris of Barrie, Ontario, uncle, Michael Letellier of Edmonton, Alberta, and memere and pepere Patricia and Emile Letellier of Haileybury, Ontario. She was also survived by an extended family of aunts and uncles, Cindy and Michael Thomas of Rising Sun, Penny and Dan Ferere of Newark, Del., Connie and Rob Wilson of Newark, Del., Cookie and Jimmy Corder of Elkton, Randy and Curtis Adkins of Hinton, W. Va., and Tony and Cathy Bodine of Elkton.
A church service will be held Monday, June 23 at 1 p.m. at the former Grace Bible Chapel, 246 Old Zion Road, North East. Comments are closed.
