George C. Reynolds, Jr. of Fallston died at home on Friday, April 22, 2016. He was 91. He was the son of George C. Reynolds, Sr. and Pauline (Craig) Reynolds of North East. Mr. Reynolds was drafted into the Army at the age of 18. He served from May 1943 to January 1946 with the 534th Amphibious Armored Infantry Battalion in the Pacific Theater of Operations. He retired from the Budd Company in Troy, Michigan, in 1984 after 33 years. Following his retirement, he enjoyed playing golf, traveling, woodworking and spending time with his family. Mr. Reynolds is survived by his wife of 66 years, Ann (Blake) Reynolds; daughters, Carolyn Rea of North East, Karen Bradly (Kevin) of Fallston and son, Alan Reynolds (Donna) of Novi, Michigan. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren, Chris, Stephen, Alison, Kathleen, Max, Chelsea, Danielle, Blake, Claine, and Oliver and Catherine.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 26, from 6-8 p.m. at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, with funeral services to be held on Wednesday, April 27, at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in North East Methodist Cemetery.
