Dale Mlynarik of Colora died at home Thursday, April 23, 2015. He was 50. He is a veteran of both the United States Army and Kansas and Maryland National Guard. Mr. Mlynarik was active in the community coaching and umpiring for Rising Sun Little League, and serving with various service organizations. His latest passion was the Warrior Motorcycle Club, which is dedicated to helping veterans and their families. He loved the freedom of riding his 2007 Harley Davidson. Mr. Mlynarik always loved dogs and especially enjoyed the furry children that shared his life. He is survived by his wife Karen, to whom he was married almost 30 years; two daughters, Laura Buskirk and Tamara Mlynarik and his son, Calvin Mlynarik. He is also survived by his "adopted" children; Laura's husband Joseph Buskirk, Tammy's fiance, Fisher Argoe, and Calvin's fiancee, Kerstin Mitzel. Among his greatest joys were his grandchildren, Evelyn and Henry Buskirk.
He is also survived by his mother, Jeannie Johnson of Blair, Neb. and his brother Steven Mlynarik and his wife Christina of Fort Calhoun, Neb., as well as numerous nieces and nephews across the country. A celebration of his life will be held Thursday April 30, at 11 a.m. at R.T. Foard Funeral Home P.A. 111 South Queen Street, Rising Sun, Maryland 21911. A visitation will be held at the funeral home Wednesday April 29 from 6 until 8 p.m. or one hour prior to the Thursday service. Burial with military honors will follow the service at Brookview Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Warrior Motorcycle Club in care of the funeral home. Comments are closed.
